Bloomwell was born from something deeply personal: a frustration with how often women are dismissed, misinformed, or made to feel ashamed of their bodies. I created this space because I believe women deserve better conversations, better care, and accessibility to knowledge of their bodies.

My work sits at the intersection of research, education, and lived experience. I hold a First-Class Honours BA in Liberal Arts and Natural Sciences where my research focused on how stigma shapes the way women’s pain is treated and understood, and I’m currently completing an MSc in Women’s Health. I’m passionate about bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-life experience and making evidence-based information accessible, honest, and empowering.

Alongside my academic work, I’m a qualified yoga teacher specialising in yoga for women’s health. Supporting people through movement, breath, and body literacy has shown me just how powerful it is when we reconnect with ourselves in compassionate, informed ways.

I’m also trained to teach sex education in secondary schools, because I believe that challenging stigma has to start early with open, shame-free conversations about our bodies, boundaries, and wellbeing.

Bloomwell is more than a platform. It’s a community built on the belief that these conversations are vital because knowledge is power.

Hi! I have a First-Class Honours degree in Human Health and Disease from Trinity College Dublin, where I researched how socioeconomic factors shape elderly care across Europe. I’m now studying for an MSc in Women’s Health at UCL, with a strong interest in gender-based violence and abortion access. Alongside my academic work, I’m a qualified yoga teacher and enjoy approaching health holistically by bringing together science, movement, and lived experience.
